The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to meet guests' needs. The basic amenities, such as comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is satisfying and adds to the overall positive experience.
The room doors could use some improvement to reduce noise from the hallway.

Friendly staff, warm and clean room, hot water, enough room and amenities, helpful staff, good Wi-Fi.
Not obvious to find.

Despite a few annoying problems, there were some good aspects of my Christmas stay. the parking was easy and convenient. the staff were friendly and made an effort to communicate despite their language barriers. the location was central and easy to find.
The negative aspects of my stay at the hotel outweighed the positive ones. The shower had trouble producing warm water and the bathroom vent made for a very chilly shower.

I stayed in a family-owned hotel during my city trip and I felt like a guest in their home! the owners were so friendly and eager to help, even though we didn't speak the same language. the room was clean and comfortable, with simple but nice furnishings. There was ample parking space and the hotel was in a great central location, which made it easy to get around.
The downside was that the thin door made it difficult to sleep because I could hear every little sound from outside. the hallway lights would automatically turn on whenever someone walked by, which would light up the room through the transparent entrance door.

The entrance door is not soundproof, which could be disturbing for light sleepers.
